I just finished my fasfa application and its now processing. I am hoping that everything will goes well since my last application was rejected due to some errors. I am very determined to shift my teaching career to nursing. I believe that I could still teach while nursing people. In this economy, evaluating our income is a must. I am not making that much working as a resource teacher in preschool so I must do something that will enhance my economic status. When I make more I can also help more to my love ones. I am still blessed and thank God of the job I have but I have other talents than teaching. I have all my educational documents aside for my high school transcript. I am not worried because my family just mailed them this week and it will probably takes 9 days for my mail to get here. My co-worker was thinking of shifting her career to nursing too since she can not be around with a lot of kids due to her health issues. She was considering to go back to school. At first she thought that I would be so late for her because she think she's older. But I convince her that education is for everyone. It doesn't count your age as long as your focus and determine to reach your goal. I'll be talking about my course soon and share more facts about my nursing studies.

Getting a brand new car right now is not affordable to me. I want to get a used one that I could pay them off as easy as I can. Brand new car will be amazing but I don't have enough budget. I was been searching for used but reliable cars and so far my search works.

I want to be careful to find the perfect one for me. I have like three girl friends that are also looking for some used cars. Here in Colorado I found different dealership that are potentially can provide the ride that I want. My friends are in a different state one is from Orem Utah and the city of Salt Lake and I want to share then the information.

Life is more easy when we have a ride to go around the city. Getting grocery and other stuff in an expected time will not be a problem if you have a car. After my vacation I will definitely buy my second car and start driving around again. Yes I drove sometimes but I don't keep the car since my husband need to use them to go work. We used to have two cars but we get rid the other one. I am anxious to have another one soon.

We tried two cable companies already and what they did was to ripped us off. Every month was a different bills and it was not in our contract agreement or package agreement. We acquired their service expecting that they could provide the entertainment that we deserve and not a huge bills every month.

I found direct tv and I like their services. They have local channels that I want to have. We deserve an excellent home entertainment when we are home relaxing and I guess direct tv could give it to us. They also have this dx3 direct tv and this dx3 has exquisite package that I believe we will enjoy.

We called it as home entertainment because it supposed to entertain us not to billed us randomly. But I believe that direct tv could provide the service that we haven't experience from the last two cable companies. Me and hubby are movie fanatic and we were expecting that the cable company will give us more movies and enjoy them.

Direct tv is an exquisite company that offers a lot of fun. They have high definition channels that will entertain us all the time. I collect different opinions and made a survey of their services. I believe that through survey you will find the real score and of course to actually experience them. And I want to experience having them as my home entertainment to share it to everyone that direct tv is the best entertainment cable company on earth.

Homes for the price of a car? I was stunned after reading an article showing different fancy car that has the same value of some houses in the market today. We just bought a house last year and we definitely availed a huge deal of it. We flip the house every step of the way and it looks far way better from before.

Anyways So I read this article in Google that exposed some houses in the market that is very reasonable. One of the fancy car in 2012 is this mercedez benz E-class that cost $55k for the same price of a Wichita home that is for sale in the market.

Another one the is ridiculousy the cheapest of the cheaper that you could get, the Affordable colonial house that is only $12,000 in the market value and as almost the same price of a ford fiesta. It sound depressing how the real estate market has gotten the epidemic foreclosures but this is the perfect time to buy them and gain tons of money. Me and my husband plans is to buy a condo unit after our vacation but we need to do more research before we get them.

Envy is not a good character to posses. It will destroy your relationship to anyone. But as human I guess this is our nature that even in love oftenly exist that usually embrace undesirable effect. Envy exist between two lovers, between friends, at the job or I must say everywhere. I am watching the movie "Envy" right now and it just crazy how a friend will do anything else to ruin his friend to get what he has.

It is insane that someone is very willing to destroy his friend's invention. Me personally can not afford to do that and I am glad that I have a good conscience to remind me that its not worth it to be envious. Life is very peaceful when you know that you are doing the right thing. Watch the movie envy and you will find some interesting lessons in life that we must apply.

Let's create peace and unity and everything else will fall into places. To any relationship that we have, we need to avoid being jealous and just be happy of what our friends has.

When I was a child I am very interested to painting. But since we don't have enough resources I wasn't able to continue my Passion to painting. I was sleeping when I heard a massive noise on my roof I didn't go to work due to some inconvenience. I thought it was just the wind and then the noise was getting intense. I was in fear till I remember the raccoon last year. Geese God forbid, I can't deal with raccoon. Eventually I look outside and I saw a huge delivery truck. I was skeptical what this all about aside that this coming Friday our roof will be fix.

I came outside and I spoke to the people. So I got the closure the, its the materials for my roof. Geese with all my speculations good thing is not a raccoon lol. Anyhow I am very excited for our new roof on Friday. There will be a roof team coming on Friday and finally my house will be looking differently.

I need more rain barrels this spring and summer. I am planning to have a little garden in my backyard and I need enough water to feed my plants.
