Holidays is drawing near. Party will be side by side and of course food will always be one of the highlights. I am looking forward to cook for thanksgiving and Christmas and with this events I am pretty sure that I will be gaining more weights. Not only me but to all who loves to eat during this event. Fitness Alliance is the only program that I see that is being trusted today.
