Every states has different licensing procedure and here in Colorado this procedures are the following:
1. Registered Appraiser (CRS 12-61-7069(1), Board Rule 1.12
2. Licensed Appraiser (CRS-12-61-7069(1), Board Rule 1.13
3. Certified Residential Appraiser (CRS 12-61-7069(1), Board Rule 1.14
4. Certified General Appraiser (CRS-12-61-7069(1), Board Rule 1.14
We are looking forward to take his license soon and hopefully he will pass and start making money. We will be doing a lot because am doing to take my license too in Teaching and take some more classes about special education. Crossing my fingers...God will provide...
