We can be beautiful without those expensive exfoliating product and facial moisturizer though sometimes our skin really needs those stuff. Exfoliating is a process of getting rid of those dead skin cells due to excessive exposure to the sun or using make up. I have tips for you to share on how you keep your skin radiant, soft and fresh looking.
1. Avoid going to bed while your hair is wet....it will increase or create more breakage or what we called split ends. But comb your hair with a clean hair brush before going to bed...
2. Try to free your nails from nail manicure polish to keep your nails fresh and natural...try to use gloves when your washing your dishes to keep your hands from drying.
3. Before hitting your bed, be used to wash your face to detox your pores from dirt and make up. If possible use some moisturizer to moisten your face and keep it from drying.
4. Never forget to brush your teeth before going to bed and every after you get up from bed. Try to avoid drinking beverages that has color.......to keep your teeth white and clean....Always wear a smile with a positive outlook...avoid of feeling lazy...to colder place don't forget to use some lip gloss or lip balm.
5. Only bring what is necessary in your kikay kit...avoid of being too much.....
6.Create your own fashion and try to be versatile to any occasion.
7. Try to exfoliate your skin when you take shower and keep the temperature not too hot...to minimize oil lose.
8. Drink more water...because the more you are hydrated in the inside the more glow or radiate will be in the outside.
9. Eat more vegetables and fruits...you can get various types of vitamins from them...
10. Always know the safety measures to anything, anywhere....be a reader...read and understand what you got before using....before eating and before applying it to yourself.
